Attorney’s Fees

Our law firm considers that it is important

that our fees are transparent and – as much as possible – they are always known and predictable also for clients, prior to legal assignments.
This way the attorney’s fee is at all times in line with the complexity and the working time necessary for the case and knowing the assignment the fee is subject to individual agreement.
In general, our law firm always uses one of the following fee structures; if the Client specifically asks for it, we can even combine these structures.

Case fee

The case fee is an ideal fee option for cases where you use a legal service which can be well defined in advance. In this case the Client pays out a lump sum for a specific, well-defined task – irrespectively of the number of attorney’s working hours spent with the assignment. In this case the Client undertakes to pay a fixed lump sum: a great advantage of this solution is that you know the exact price in advance.

Fee based on
working hours

This type of fee structure is ideal if the scope of the assignment or legal work cannot be exactly specified in advance. In this case the attorney’s fee is calculated based on the number of working hours spent with the case. For a greater transparency, if the payment of fees takes place in this construction, we will make a preliminary calculation for the Client about the estimated number of working hours the performance of the assignment will probably take.

Monthly flat rate:

This option, with a so-called continuous, monthly flat rate is paid for the continuous management of cases. This fee includes the performance of complex tasks specified together with the Client. It is an ideal solution for business Clients who wish to use a continuous legal service for a fixed monthly price.
